I love my dad! (not only because of this)
Meat roulade (filled with mustard, bacon, onion) with red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, dumplings and delicious sauce. Of course made by him, and delicious as usual.

And you can call this a traditional one, or so called plain fare. Mostly without Brussel Sprouts, but they are left so this time they are added as well.
