Yes it does look rather muddy as you say. The leaves haven't come out as much as I thought they would have by now. We haven't had a lot of rain, so our woodlands are probably not as muddy as where you were.

I was a bit muddy.......but not enough to stop me walking and taking photos!

Es macht aber auch eine große Freude,diese Wälder zu erkunden lieber Keith,schon die Geräusche im Wald sind die Musik der Natur,die Luft ist wunderbar und für den schlammigen Boden gibt es gute Schuhe,bei deiner Aufnahme fühle ich mich auch gleich wohl lieber Keith :))

Yes, the weather certainly wasn't perfect..........but as you know, if you wait for perfect weather in this country, you'd never get anywhere..!!

It was a very enjoyable walk despite the wet conditions and the rain held off while I was there, which was good. I have very sturdy and waterproof walking boots........and wellie boots for when it's really bad!
