I'm pleased you like this one Güni..........thanks for your kind comments. The wrecks have been there for years and I'm surprised the local authorities haveen't removed them............I expect they'll be there for a while yet.

Very nicely taken, The light in your photo perfectly captures the weather at this time of year and the mix of an old wreck and a working boat sets up the scene perfectly. Definitely works well viewed large.

Thank you very much for your kind comments Ed. I'm always pleased to hear from you..

I still had a little bit left on the zoom.........but deliberately left it at 80mm so as to get the blue boat in the frame. Glad you appreciated that.

They make a great picture Keith. Love the background, especially viewed large. I'm sure the same wrecks were there when I last visited a few years ago.

Thank you Rosa.............glad you like the shot. Yes, the wrecks have been there as long as I remember. I'm surprised they've not floated away or been removed by the local authority. I suppose they've become a bit of a tourist attraction :-))

Thanks for commenting Dan. It is a bit sad to see the boats left to rot, but on the plus side they're quite photogenic and they've almost become a tourist attraction over the years.

I instantly thought -I have seen this before. Another nice albeit closer look at this wreck my friend. Always good to see these for real as, as you say above, they are a photo attraction.

Cheers. Herb

Wrecks always make good subjects, and this terrific capture is no exception,
I like the slightly misty mood and the blue boat that adds interest to the front of the image,
Great shot and I wish you a nice weekend, Keith,

The two smaller ones have been pretty much taken over by nature, the large one will follow! The blue boat and the colourful buoys make for a lovely contrast to the more "organic" colours of the background- well seen!

You're right of course Gudrun.........but they've been there for years! I. think they might hang on a bit longer yet. Glad you like the photo...........and thank you/
