Bridge and Sailing Boat
This is part of the road bridge that connects Havant to Hayling Island, Hampshire..........the only way on and off!
In the summer it is extremely busy with traffic jams regularly a mile or so long. There used to be a steam railway running adjacent to the bridge, that that closed down in the 1960's.

Keith Burton club has replied to Rosalyn Hilborne clubWent off for a walk on my own today..........in Stansted Forest near Rowlands Castle. The sun was really to harsh for photography, but I saw some deer which was good. Then I had to get back to get my pneumonia vaccination, which is a new one for me!
I hope you had/are having a lovely day!
Rosalyn Hilborne club has replied to Keith Burton clubYes, we are enjoying the fine weather today :-))
Keith Burton club has replied to DanielleIt not too bad but you have to plan ahead in the summer...........go very early in the morning generally and come back mid-afternoon (before everyone else). Or go by bicycle of course. I used to do that, but not nowadays!
Keith Burton club has replied to Ulrich John clubKeith Burton club has replied to Roger (Grisly) clubI try and avoid the busy times in summer, but the traffic is getting worse, even in the "off" season. Years ago, we considered buying a house on Hayling Island, but even then, the traffic put us off :-)
The symmetry is also perfect, Keith!
