It's a spray hose gun thingy that goes on the end of a hosepipe. See the image in the PiP I've just added. The different shaped holes alter the shape of the spray!

I also left an unintended clue in the keywords, which no one but Janano spotted :-)))

This one allows me to change the water from a spray to a jet or mist. It works very well. We are allowed to water our gardens, but encouraged not to do it frequently. That may change..!!

Even with the PIP...I can't guess!

It's a sort of pistol-shaped fitting that goes on the end of a garden hose to water the plants with Judite. The different shaped holes dictate the way the water comes out.
