Ich habe noch nie Tordalken in freier Natur gesehen. Ich beglückwünsche dich zu diesem außergewöhnlichen Schuss, Keith! Das Bild ist sehr schön gestaltet mit dem Felshorn im Hintergrund. Auch die Farben der Flechten und Moose bilden einen guten Kontrast zu dem schwarz-weißen Vogel.

They are seen on Skokholm in their thousands Wilhelm, but by the time we arrived most of them had left to spend the winter in the Atlantic Ocean, so I was luck to get this shot.

Oh I missed this one yesterday! I love the shapes and colours in the rock and what a lovely bird. In the link you gave me they call it a Dream Island and that is exactly what you show with these pictures Keith.

Dream Island describes Skokholm perfectly. It's also sometimes called the Red Island because of the red sandstone cliffs.
