Cinnamon Girl

Cinnamon Girl
Sight and Sound

This is one of my best Francie dolls from 1967. She is a very sought after doll in the vintage Mattel line. To put it in perspective for you photographers you could buy a brand new Sony a7 or a Nikon D7200 in this same price range.

My husband saw this picture of her and he said "Cinnamon Girl".... so here you go!

From Neil Young's album "Everybody Knows This is Nowhere" 1969 (with "Crazy Horse") Remember this?

Cinnamon Girl (in Hippie Dream Color) lol

Goodness that is one expensive young lady Karen! Great link and video. I don't actually remember this one though so thank you for adding it. I love his voice, and Heart of Gold is one of my all time favourite songs.

Yes, she is, and she holds her value too, unlike our cameras. ;)

Thanks, Carol. I love "Heart of Gold" too. Always have loved his early stuff.

Very beautiful and I can see why she is very sought after. Good choice by your husband.....an all-time classic from Neil and Crazy Horse. Every track on the album is my fave although, probably, "Down By The River" is my 'out and out' fave :-) I think I would like a print of the Cinnamon Girl in the first video to put on my little 'office' wall, please :-) Thanks very much for posting to 'Sight and Sound', Karen.

Oh, I love that song too, Roger. One of my very favs although there are so many.

(You might need to ask Helen about that print, but it's okay with me for what it's worth. ;)
