Looking down channel with the birds walking around

I love this view - that's Instow which is opposite Appledore. I'm in Bideford and this is the river I can actually see from my driveway!!! (when the tide is in though!) from this picture, you know it'll be about 6 hours before the tide is fully in and all land you can see here will be underwater then.
