tu aurais dû me téléphoner quand tu es passé à Honfleur, je pouvais être là en une demi-heure par l'autoroute. On aurait pu prendre un verre chez un de mes copains qui tient le restaurant. On en voit qu'un petit bout avec le store vert, sur la gauche de la photo.

Honfleur est toujours un endroit charmant, en toute saison, et ces maisons du XVIIe et XVIIIe siècles traversent le temps sans bouger (pas comme à Marseille...).

Devinette : Pourquoi avoir construit des maisons si étroites ?

C'est tout simple. Il y avait une taxe, un impôt (oui, déjà), sur la surface au sol et non sur la surface habitable comme maintenant. D'où l'intérêt de construire en hauteur.
Les promoteurs qui construisent des buildings résonnent finalement de la même façon : un maximum d'appartements sur une surface réduite !

Une magnifique et belle prise de vue..C'est vrai que les maisons paraissent étroites tout comme dans le nord de la France (Roubaix ,Tourcoing etc ..) Peut être qu'elles gagnent plus d'espace en hauteur...Bonne et heureuse fin de soiree.

Comme l'a si bien expliqué Typo plus haut, il y avait à l'époque une taxe au sol, ce qui explique l'étroitesse des bâtiments!
