My Old Home

My Old Home
I found out rather unexpectedly last night that last week, they bulldozed the home I used to live in. My Dad and I built this for my family back in 1976, but this picture dates from around 1978.

It's really sad to know that it's gone and somebody just tore it down instead of living in it. It was a nice house.

This is so sad Kenny. I wonder why they just tore it down? It's a cool brick house too.

I had this happen once with a house I just lived in for a while. I went back to see it and it had been razed. I was so stunned. I can only imagine how it would be if you had actually built.

I suspect a bank owned it and tore it down for the insurance money. Corporate greed at it's finest.
