My Family
Late entry to this topic as I have only just joined The Sunday Challenge group.
This was the only car pic I had from 11-18 May, a humble Hyundai Getz but it had a great family on its back window... see note on this image :-)

Pale Blue Car
Noosa marina, Queensland.
Forgot I had the camera set to White Balance Tungsten for an indoor shot, quite liked the result, athough the actual colour of this car was a richer pale blue.

Chevy Stingray
Classic Red Chevrolet Corvette Stingray sports car. 5.7 litre V8 Engine.
Third generation-C3 (1968–1982) by the Chevrolet division of General Motors (GM)
The 1969 (through 1976) models used the "Stingray" name as one word, without the space.

Yellow Bench and Pearlescent Car
These practical benches are situated throughout the village streets.
Pearlescent car with our Golf Buggy in the background. We were staying for a few days at Sanctuary Cove Resort and Marine Village in Queensland.
Goniochromism is the property of certain surfaces to change their colour depending on the angle under which they are viewed. From a physics standpoint this is rather uncommon behaviour, and in man-made objects this is usually only found in paints that are specifically designed for the effect.
Examples are pearlescent paints or interference pigments, which are sometimes used for custom paint jobs on cars.
