Near the country towns of Eumundi, Cooroy and Pomona, in South East Queensland.
Other mountains nearby are:
relief of 300m or more.
Mount Cooroora at Pomona
Mount Cooran
Mount Tuchekoi
Mount Cooroy
Point Glorious
Black Mountain
This view is from the lookout on Eumundi Range Road, between Cooroy and Eumundi, Queensland. There are acreage properties along Eumundi Range Road and across on Black Mountain Road.
Not to be confused with the other Black Mountain up near Cooktown, in Far North Queensland, almost 2000kms away, which has some strange tales associated with it.
