Nostradamus an der Wand
Michel de Nostredame ist mehr unter seinem latinisierten Namen Nostradamus bekannt. Als gelernter Apotheker war er auch als Arzt und Astrologe tätig. Berühmt gemacht haben ihn aber seine prophetischen Gedichte. Das seine Prophezeiungen bis heute noch glaubhaft erscheinen liegt einfach an der Tatsache, dass sie nie genaue Zeitangaben und sehr metaphorisch waren. Auch die fehlende Interpunktion lässt genug Spielraum für mehrdeutige Auslegungen. Grßtenteils in Salon-de-Provence zu Hause, ist er in der Stadt mit vielen Bilder, wie hier an der Fassade, allgegenwärtig.
