Jacksonville Reflections - high school (#0304)

Jacksonville Reflections - high school (#0304)
Landon High School. Grades 7 – 12, built in 1927, my mother was in the first graduating class, I was in the last (and had some of the same teachers). In fact, my mother’s younger brothers and sister, and all of my brothers, graduated from there. It was reported to be closing the year that I graduated (1965), but then it was used for various things including administrative center, and is now a middle school (I think that’s grades 7, 8). It’s a large, rectangular, structure with a large open space in the middle so that all classrooms have natural light.
