On the north end of Fisher's Landing, a peninsula described as Matinez Lake. There was quite a bit of new construction in that area, again mixed in with older, more 'fish camp' type of housing.

How much of this would you say is actual residential compared to something like a vacation condo rental?

This one is a single family, the one's on the next page are condos.

The area is not a well-known resort area and is relatively remote, so I suspect that most of the locations are weekend getaways for people from Yuma, nearby California, or possibly from Mexico. I checked AIRBNB and they only list three places in the area, VRBO only lists one.
