This bird was surprisingly completely unafraid of me. He/she stood on the bridge railing, looking around, and was unphased by my stopping only about 2 feet away. I walked past and it remained in the same place, looking around.

And here I thought you'd be the one to identify it. I used the 'shooting flowers' setting to get the picture, which is why it looks a little surreal. I just went through a website (link below), and it came back with "Bohemian Waxwing" which looks very close.
