Phoenix Title and Trust (1969)

The amazing sorts of detailed attention given in the 1930's to even the least visible top floors. Phoenix Title and Trust building, opened in 1931 and one of the few remaining examples of Art Deco in downtown Phoenix. While the exterior is much as it was from the beginning, the interior has been reconfigured from being office space to being condominiums. The building is now called “Orpheum Lofts”.
