Fourth (4th) street bridge in San Francisco. Formally known as the Peter R. Maloney Bridge, it was built in 1917. In 2006 it was retrofitted for seismic purposes and for serving as the bridge for the 3rd street Muni line (T line).

It is a lifting bridge, but the weight is deceptive in size. The bridge had to be re-engineered for seismic reasons. See the story with this picture:
