Road to the Bruneau Canyon Overlook. Overlook is 19 miles from Bruneau over a road that is mostly gravel (all well-graded). One of the startling things in this part of Idaho is to be driving through a long, flat, area and to see indications of a deep gorge in the difference -- the vistas are so long that you do not realize you're on a high plateau until you see those gorges.
