Sunday 20 May 2018 (0932) – A brand new unregistered MCV eVoSeti bodied Volvo B5LH seen at the Volvo workshops near Ely. Destined for Metroline as their VMH2462 (LK18 AKZ)

Sunday 20 May 2018 (0932) – A brand new MCV eVoSeti bodied Volvo B5LH seen at the Volvo workshops near Ely. It would soon be delivered to Metroline London as their VMH2459 (LK18 AKV).

Friday 15 June 2018 (1355) – A brand new shiny and unregsitered MCV eVoSeti bodied Volvo B5LH seen at the MCV premisies at Sutton-in-the-Isle, near Ely. It would soon be delivered to ComfortDelGro owned Metroline Travel as their VMH2488 (LK18 AHX) for operation on Transport for London contracted services based at Kings Cross (KC) garage.

Sunday evening 15 July 1984 – A good way from home and seen passing Barton Mills in Suffolk is this London Transport MCW Metrobus double decker which was on a day out from the capital. London buses could often be seen in these parts at weekends on excursions or private hires.

Easter Monday 1 April 2013 (1426) – Routemaster buses from the 1960s operating in London on heritage route 15, a short section of the regular route 15 operated with modern day easy access buses. Across the road RM871 (WLT 871) leaves for Trafalgar Square as RM324 (WLT 324) which had just set down heads off to turn round and also head for Trafalgar Square. The conductor had already changed the destination blind for that trip. Both operated by Stagecoach London on the London Buses contract. The Tower of London stands to the right just off camera.

Wednesday 3 April 2013 (1125) – Go-Ahead London WVN42 (BV10 WWF) seen on Euston Road outside St. Pancras International railway station working on London contracted service 476. A Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B9TL that had been new in July 2005 to First Capital as fleet number VN37848. Another Go-Ahead London bus can be seen across the road.

Sunday 25 September 2022 – Showbus 50 Rally, Hertfordshire County Showground The famous ‘B’ type bus operated by the London General Omnibus Company (LGOC). B1609 (LF 8375) is an LGOC bodied AEC ‘B’ type dating from 1911.
