Go to Town (WNCT) SK68 TXM in King's Lynn - 14 Jan 2022 (P1100577)
Friday 14 January 2022 (1043) – WNCT Limited (West Norfolk Community Transport) trades as Go to Town and has now become one of the main local bus operators in the King’s Lynn area since Stagecoach withdrew from Norfolk in 2018.
SK68 TXM seen turning from Albion Street to Railway Road just after leaving King’s Lynn bus station working town service 2 to the North Lynn. It is a Wright StreetLite DF new in December 2018 as a demonstrator with base white paint job rather than company dark blue.
King’s Lynn is colloquially referred to as Lynn and has parts of the town named North Lynn and South Lynn. Across the River Great Ouse is the village of West Lynn (linked by a small (pedestrian only) ferry otherwise a 3 mile ride by road and the river bridge). As far as I know there isn’t an East Lynn! (although an East Lynne in literature).
