Buses Festival, Peterborough - 8 Aug 2021 (P1090401)

Sunday 8 August 2021 – The ‘Buses Festival’ rally held at the East of England Showground, Peterborough.

Sharpe and Sons (Nottingham) Limited entered a varied range of coaches in the rally. Two Van Hool bodied coaches with letters in the registration numbers to represent the Van Hool model series (EX and TX) and ‘SON’ for Sharpes of Nottingham.

TX69 SON, a TDX21 Altano new in October 2019 was built in Van Hool’s Belgian homeland.

EX18 SON, an EX16M model new in April 2018. The EX range is assembled at the Van Hool plant in Skopje, Macedonia.
