The Fenland Busfest, Whittlesey - 25 Jul 2021 (P1090200)

Sunday 25 July 2021 (1120) – The Fenland Busfest at Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire. The rally is held in the town centre occupying Broad Street and Market Street with the rally control/bus ride departures centred on the Market Place. These buses were parked on the car park of the Nisa Convenience Store/Post Office car park. Left to right:

G324 FWC, a Duple MetSec bodied Dennis Condor that had been new to China Motor Bus in Hong Kong in July 1990 as their DA3 (EN 275). It passed to New World First Bus in 1997 and in 2004 was bought by Country Lion receiving UK registration number G324 FWC. It operated with registration NIL 7250 for a time.

CUV 180C, an AEC/Park Royal Routemaster new to London Transport (RM2180). Preserved in LT Central red livery.

476 CLT, an AEC/Park Royal Routemaster new to London Transport (RMC1476). Preserved in LT Green Line livery.

NLE 527, a Metro-Cammell bodied AEC Regal IV new to London Transport in April 1953 as RF527. In March 1956 it was renumbered RF308 the number it carries here. Preserved in livery of London Country Bus Services.
