The Henley’s Group premises at South Anston – 9 Oct 1995 (289-34)

Monday 9 October 1995 – The Henley’s Group (then owners of Plaxton coachbuilders and Kirkby’s coach dealership) premises at South Anston near Worksop.

Prominent is a former Whittle’s Coaches (Go Whittle) Duple Dominant III. Further along is a former Thamesway Plaxton Paramount in the orange based livery used for their City Saver London commuter services and possibly a former Shearings coach.

The first generation Plaxton Expressliners were starting to be returned off lease from National Express service contractors and G377 REG formerly operated by Premier Travel Services is on the left.

Note that the name of Kirkby’s has been removed from the front of the building.
