HFF: Stott and Sons (National Express contractor) BK14 LFF in Manchester - 24 May 2019 (P1020083)

Friday 24 May 2019 (1434) – F Stott and Sons of Milnsbridge BK14 LFF seen reversing off the loading bay at the National Express Coach Station in Manchester when working the 1235 National Express service 351 from Blackpool to Leeds. It is a Caetano Levante bodied Volvo B9R new in June 2014.

It looks like the fencing has taken a few knocks in the past. (Ipernity note: The coach registration contains the letters 'LFF' very apt Limp or Lopsided Fence Friday!!)

In its earlier form as Chorlton Street bus station the bays were drive through from Major Street (the roadway across the photograph) to Bloom Street on the opposite edge of the property. In more recent times the bays were reconfigured at an angle and the passenger waiting area built across the nose in loading bays.
