Former Ribble 1397 (NRN 397P) in Lancaster - 25 May 2019 (P1020259)

Saturday 25 May 2019 – Preserved NRN 397P, a Park Royal bodied Leyland Atlantean AN68/1R that was new to Ribble Motor Services as their 1397 in April 1976, seen leaving Lancaster bus station. It carries the poppy red National Bus Company inspired livery and was operating on a shuttle service to the Stagecoach North West garage open day at Morecambe. The event, and the Ribble Vehicle Preservation Trust 'Morecambe Vintage Bus Day' held in Morecambe the next day, were to celebrate 100 years of Ribble Motor Services.
