Biss Brothers R918 HTW in Bath – 8 Aug 1999

Sunday 8 August 1999 – My wife and I booked on a day excursion to the city of Bath with Biss Brothers, a company based at Stansted Airport that for a while included Newmarket as its most northerly point on the pickup list. Our coach was R918 HTW, a Plaxton Excalibur bodied Volvo B10M-62 new in April 1998, which was seen on Grand Parade in Bath. Two drivers were employed and upon arrival in Bath we were joined by a local guide for a tour of the city. The weather wasn’t too good unfortunately.
