DSCF5027 Delaine 45 (KTL 780) at Bourne - 29 Sep 2018

Saturday 29 September 2018 (1210) - The Delaine Running Day at Bourne, Lincolnshire.

KTL 780, a Willowbrook bodied Leyland PD2/20 new to Delaine in April 1956 as fleet number 45. Now part of The Delaine Heritage Trust Collection.

It was seen arriving back at the Delaine premises after working the 1050 heritage service to Stamford/1130 from Stamford. The service operated every 30 minutes over the day and this was the first of three round trips 45 would cover (1050, 1320 and 1550). I travelled on the 1320 departure back to Ryhall near Stamford.
