Line up of North Manchester Motor Coaches vehicles circa 1950/1951

North Manchester Motor Coaches Limited photographic line up circa 1950/1951 (photograper unknown). This is the second of two photographs that appear to be taken on the same day although in this one the coaches are parked in a long line which makes individual identification difficult. However, if the coaches were in the same order as those in the other photograph, in which the number plates of all bar two can be read, they would be from left to right:

The dates relate to the year in and the year out of the fleet and are taken from a fleet list contained in ‘The Yelloway Road’ by Judith and Peter Deegan. Using the dates shown in that list I presume the photograph was taken around 1950/1951 (KNE 674 was new in 1950 and FV 1071 left the fleet in 1951).
