It stands on part of ground that was where the West Yorkshire Road Car Company owned bus station and garage stood - the larger part of which is now covered by housing. Transdev Harrogate and District 306 (YC51 LXY), a Wright Renown bodied Volvo B10BLE new in January 2002, poised to work the 1830 service 24 to Harrogate. The livery and branding is however for the Harrogate to Knaresborough service 1.
