Burtons Coaches W903 UJM at Red Lodge - 22 Sep 2005 (551-02)

Wednesday 22 September 2005 (approx 1035) - W903 UJM, an Alexander ALX200 bodied Volvo B10BLE, came to Burtons Coaches from Tellings-Golden Miller at Portsmouth where it had been employed on the X27/X47 'Solent Clipper' services linking Portsmouth and Southampton. The bus was put into service before the removal of he branding/lettering etc market that service which made it look a little out of place in East Anglia! It is seen here at Red Lodge when working the 1015 Newmarket-Thetford service 200. On 3 January 2006 it became the regular bus on a new commercially operated service 356 between Mildenhall and Bury St. Edmunds I which I regularly drove.
