Burtons Coaches S108 HGX at Haverhill - 23 Dec 2006 (566-2A)

Saturday 23 December 2006 - Vehicle loans and transfers occurred from time to time as required between Network Colchester and Burtons Coaches Limited. S108 HGX, a Plaxton Beaver bodied Mercedes-Benz Vario, of Network Colchester seen in the Haverhill yard of Burtons. I used to drive this bus quite often when it was assigned to Burtons in Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket. At the time it carried an all red livery and was new in January 1999 to Crystals of Dartford. It then went away to Network Colchester and subsequently was repainted in the Burtons/Network Colchester fleet livery. I didn’t get chance to drive it during this brief visit to Haverhill.
