Nice shot and I love grapefruit, but a warning - perhaps - to be added to your informative notes above: Under no account should one eat grapefruit or drink its juice if one is on statins for high cholestorol (and statins are among the most commonly prescribed drugs in the world, which means that many people - me included - are denied the pleasure)!
The grapefruit growers can't be too pleased about it either!
