Here is a nice (and rare) specimen of vintage Gulf Power construction with multiparts, wooden arms, and angle-iron braces.
A more recent deadend with post insulators can be seen as well.

Here is some interesting armless 12.47 kV construction with a 115 kV transmission line in the background. The 115 kV line leads to the Pensacola naval air station.

Here is an interesting replacement pole on a very old dual-circuit line, which currently runs at 12.47 kV. Original poles on this line, which uses heavy copper wire, featured two crossarms with brown multipart insulators, and a neutral on a small white insulator on the top arm.
The neutral is now acting as a shield wire on this pole, and each live phase is supported by a line post insulator mounted directly to the pole.

Here is an original pole on the line described in the previous photo. Note the small white (or yellow) insulator supporting the neutral on the top arm.
I do not know quite how old this line is, but my rough guess would be mid-1930s.

The tree in the background unfortunately made the most notable subject of this photo rather hard for the viewer to make out. But if you zoom in to the "Original" size, you will notice the neutral on a small white or yellow insulator with quite a strange shape.
This pole is another early one, likely from the mid-1930s.

Another early pole with a small white/yellow insulator supporting the neutral. I think both crossarms are original here.

Here is an even more ancient pole on a different former subtransmission line, which probably went up before 1925. This pole features Lapp insulators, which support heavy copper wires. I spotted corner poles on this line using Ohio Brass Baum Patent disks.

Here's an beauty: a Gulf Power corner pole with no fewer than twelve Ohio Brass Baum Patent disks! Also note the very heavy copper conductors. This is the oldest construction I have been able to find on Gulf Power, dating back to about 1920-25.

Another view of the ancient corner pole. There is no doubt in my mind that this line was originally subtransmission in the 15 kV range.

Here is an odd replacement pole on the ancient (former, now distribution) subtransmission line. The heavy copper wires are supported by sky yuk multiparts on a small steel arm. Looks quite weird compared to other construction!

The transmission line running overhead is 230 kV, with 12.47 kV distribution running beneath it. The 12.47 kV line was originally a 15 kV-class subtransmission line built in the early 1920s.

Here is an early replacement pole featuring different coloured multipart insulators.

Here is another original pole from the early 1920s, featuring one replacement insulator.
