Here's an original peak-topped pole from the 1930's, with its old Westinghouse transformer still up and running. The crossarm has unfortunately been replaced with a gray fiberglass PUPI arm adorned with sky yuk insulators.

I'd say it ranks pretty far up there! Could be worse, though--at least it doesn't have the ridiculous 35kV polymer insulators.
