Gulf Power 12.47kV - Bagdad, FL
This pole has an older set of fiberglass brackets. These brackets are the original ones that earned the name "toothpick" brackets, as they are skinny and straight, just like a toothpick.

I've noticed that GA Power seems to use the "one piece" toothpicks, while Gulf Pwr. seems to prefer these separate toothpick brackets that fit on opposite sides of the pole.

The separate brackets are stronger--those "one piece" ones are prone to breaking in the center or getting crooked. Not sure why Georgia Power and Alabama Power don't use them as much too--they're a superior design.
