Not too often when I see two low voltage distribution circuits running side by side on separate poles like this.

Reminds me of a pair of twin 2400V delta circuits I saw in western ND a few decades back - but no chance of a pic as they were already Graveyard-bound even then; they were part of a coal mining system that apparently was being closed.

Looks like one of those old short cross-armed type poles in the back with the multiparts that were probably an old 23 or 24.9kv pole. It make me wonder if the 24.9kv distribution portion of DPU used to be 23kv?

Could very well be--they now run 46kV for transmission, which is double 23kV.
