Danke Jens. Die meisten dieser alten Dorf-Steinhäuser stammen aus dem 18. und 19. Jh. Jede Region hatte wohl ihre eigenen Baumaterialien, bei uns waren es Steine. Weiter nördlich in der Normandie gibt es auch viele Lehm-Fachwerkhäuser.

Danke Walter, ja, um so ein altes Gebäude zu renovieren braucht man bestimmte finanzielle Mittel (es kommt natürlich auch auf die Grösse an). Am Ende kostet es ungefähr soviel wie ein "normales" Haus von heute - aber für mich nicht zu vergleichen : in so einem alten Haus hat man wirklich ein ganz anderes Wohngefühl.
