Viele Menschen glauben, dass der Fliegenpilz die Fliegen anlockt. Doch das ist ganz anders.
Vor ungefähr 100 bis 200 Jahren wusste man schon, dass der Fliegenpilz giftig ist. Man hat den Fliegenpilz 2 bis 3 Tage in Milch eingelegt. Dann hat man den Pilz herausgenommen und die Milch in kleine Schalen gefüllt. Diese wurden dann im ganzen Haus verteilt aufgestellt.
Die Fliegen haben dann die giftige Milch getrunken, nach ein paar Minuten trudelten die Fliegen dann zu Boden. Daher hat der Fliegenpilz seinen Namen.
