In Cuba for the 5th time, maybe the last time. There are very few cars on the road in eastern Cuba, even in cities like Santiago de Cuba. One actual reason is a fuel crisis, mainly caused by technical problems with the large refinery in Santiago. But horse carriages for transport are common in any case.
