I think, this is an old modified KB-3 truck from the late 1940s, produced by International Harvester. It's a private owned vehicle. Each of these trucks is "custom build".

electric wires and colorful narrow streets. I would imagine it is a two-way street? if so, I love what they do to pass..they go right to the sidewalk to be able to pass. I don't think you can do that in the states without getting a ticket if you are caught :)
