Die Krise hat sich von den 1960ern bis Anfang der 2000er sehr lange hingezogen. Das endgültige Aus kam erst 2004.

Me too. First time I worked with a "computer", programming in Fortran at the University, was in the 70s and we used punched cards back then. Still have some of it ;-) Now I work with APL+Win.....

Ich frage mich schon, wie man Löcher auf einen Stick speichert. Oder wie Löcher über ein Glasfaserkabel transportiert werden. Hier ist das ja noch einigermaßen verständlich!

Ich mache sie immer mit einer kleinen Lochzange. Das hat auch den Vorteil, ich kann eine Schnur hindurch ziehen und den Stick am Hosenbund befestigen, so dass ich ihn nicht mehr verlieren kann ;-))
