Ranunculus glacialis
A rather special plant, because it belongs to the few that make it to the highest altitudes and spend most of the year in icy cold. (Seen while descending from the Grosser Ilfinger (South Tyrol, Italy) at an altitude of approx. 2,550 m.)
~~~~~
Gletscher-Hahnenfuß: Eine ziemlich besondere Pflanze, denn sie gehört zu den wenigen, die es bis in größte Höhen schaffen und die meiste Zeit des Jahres in Eiseskälte verbringen. (Gesehen beim Abstieg vom Großen Ilfinger (Südtirol, Italien) auf ca. 2.550 m Höhe.)
volker_hmbg club has replied to Bergfex clubHatte vor kurzem auch so ein ähnliches Erlebnis, beim "Spaziergang" am Kaiser war ich ganz überrascht von der Vielfalt seltener Blumen auf den Almwiesen!
