HWW from the Bernese Alps

HWW from the Bernese Alps
The Wall of the Finsteraarhorn
At 4274 meters, the Finsteraarhorn is the highest peak in the Bernese Alps The Finsteraarhorn cannot be seen from the valley like the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau and is very difficult to reach because it is surrounded by glaciers and high mountains.

Salientia, Bergfex, Erhard Bernstein, Sarah P. and 32 other people have particularly liked this photo

A wonderful steep wall to this fabulous mountain. Reminding me of my shots of the Eiger but different as you say. Well done.

HWW, enjoy the day. Herb
