Oh yes. And the structure? Well, when water falls vertically, over time the minerals form stalactites at the top (where the drop starts to fall) and stalagmites at the bottom (where the drop hits the ground). If now the drop does not fall, but "wanders" along a ridge, a structure is formed here that looks like an eel. The drop runs along this ridge, it does not fall.
