Mehr als jedes siebte Kind in Deutschland hat Übergewicht. Das geht aus der jüngsten Untersuchung des Robert Koch-Instituts (RKI) zur Gesundheit von Kindern und Jugendlichen in Deutschland hervor.

Demnach sind rund 15 Prozent der Kinder und Teenager zwischen drei und 17 Jahren zu dick. Fast sechs Prozent sind sogar fettleibig.

According to this, around 15 percent of children and teens between the ages of three and 17 are overweight. Nearly six percent are even obese.
