A strange moth indeed! I can't decide whether the two front appurtenances are modified fore-legs, extended palps, or maybe even short antennae. At present, I don't have any idea which family even that this little moth is a member of.

As the live insect didn't have any yellow shown on its wings originally, it appears that this is an artefact of the pinning process, and may be leakage of the body fluids.
