42 Euptoieta hegesia (Mexican Fritillary)

Another widespread Central American Nymphalid appeared on a Lantana bush close by the end of the track at the riverside. As well as a good place to watch river birds, there were plenty of butterflies around, attracted by patches of horse waste from riders who crossed the river at this point.
