This line hasn't been; there's a neighboring line that's been updated.

Actually, this line (not as an underbuild) goes east toward Berlin. Just under half of it has been rebuilt into the brown clamped/wide braced 10 ft fiberglass cross arm specs. This line (going west..............as you see it) has been mostly untouched.....................for now!
