Dresdner Gaslaternen (31)

Dresdner Gaslaternen (31)
*
Here we are at the confluence of Salzgasse and Rampischen street in the shooting lane. On the right is still a corner of Albertinum (here you can see the pictures of the so-called New Master admire) with a commemorative plaque at the May Uprising of 1848. On the far left you can see the north front of the police headquarters and in the middle which is straight out of the "nothing" rebuilt mansion in the Rampischen road. This building should be erected from the Dresden architect Poeppelmann. Over the roof you can see the top of the Fraunkirche, the so called lantern, which is a good place to have a pretty view over the Dresden city.

MAGNIFICENT!!!! I saw your picture and said out loud, "OHHHHHH!!!" This scene makes my wanderlust ignite and go completely crazy!! I have not been travelling for years now and I would dearly LOVE to visit Europe with my camera, to see wonderful places like this.

Beautifully photographed with a fantastic angle, and it was so nice to read about this place and all of the details. Fabulous...oh, how I would LOVE to be up in that tower to look upon the world!

Thanks for sharing, and have a wonderful day!
